Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff who gave some lovely personal touches to make our stay special. Beautiful decor and felt cosy but clean and luxurious too. We liked the location for being walking distance to the Gare du Nord and walkable to main attractions and metro. We were lucky enough to have view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was a real treat, especially to see it lit up at night!

Negative: Despite being a more premium room, it still felt quite small (but was large enough for what we needed).

Summary: A lovely, friendly hotel in a great location with staff who go the extra mile.
